  • Responsible for daily accounting duties including AR, AP and bank deposits
  • Prepare vouchers, issue cheques and accounting records
  • Maintain proper filing system
  • Prepare accounting schedules and bank reconciliations
  • Backup support to routine office administration duties, and other ad hoc tasks
  • Outdoor work required


  • Form 5 / DSE or above
  • Minimum 1 year accounting experience 
  • Good command of written Chinese and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Able to work independently and work under pressure
  • Good time management with interpersonal skills
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
