Job Description

We are a 15 year old organization based in Hong Kong with associates in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Shanghai. We continue to expand our business and are in search of a qualified Accounting and Administrative Manager to help support our growth.  This is an upgrade to a current position.

Our business is consumer product trading and supply chain services in China related to sourcing, quality control, product development and support to retailers and importers around the globe. We work in product categories such as consumer electronics, gift and home décor, gift and premiums, seasonal décor, toys, building materials, metals, plastics, electronic assemblies and low cost furniture.

We are highly stable and experienced and believe offer an attractive package to our team members.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting desired but, not required.
  • Minimum LCC Higher Required
  • Able to handle full set of accounts independently for several companies
  • Experience with MYOB desired
  • Good command  of English and Mandarin
  • Experienced in handling letters of credit, trade finance and export shipment issues 
  • Minimum 8 solid years of accounting experience in trading firm or factory.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Experience with China WFOE accounting, tax issues a plus
  • Experienced in Hong Kong and China HR and Administrative matters is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly financial statements, accounting analysis schedules and budgets
  • Manage company cash flow, taxation and financial controls
  • Improve internal operation and control procedures for cost control
  • Supervise a team of 3 staff
  • China expense control
  • All financial, accounting issues in Hong Kong and China with support of team members
  • Interface with banks, outside auditors, suppliers and staff 
  • Report to CEO directly 

 This is a career type long term position for the right person.  We offer a 5 day week and good benefits.
