Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly group consolidation and cash flows
• Prepare management reports, forecast and budget, and variance analysis to support decision marking
• Assist in cash flow management
• Assist in interim and annual reports in compliance of listing rules
• Liaise with internal auditors, external auditors and PRC/overseas subsidiaries regarding audit matters
• Assist in process improvement of the accounting system and establishing consolidation processes to ensure data integrity as well as full compliance with HK GAAP & PRC GAAP requirements
• Review content of announcements and circulars
• Evaluate business units performance and prepare variance analysis
• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of audit schedules and tax schedules
• Handle ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance with recognized professional accounting qualifications
• Minimum of 4 years experience in group financial management, internal control compliance gained from Big 4, audit firms or sizeable companies
• Hands-on financial reporting experience in sizable company is an advantage
• Familiar with HK GAAP and PRC GAAP requirements and adjustments, as well as knowledge of consolidation process
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent people skill and strong leadership ability
• Proactive, able to work independently and able to deliver under tight schedules
• Excellent communication skill with written and verbal fluency in Mandarin and English
• SAP or Oracle knowledge is a plus
• Proficient in MS Excel & Word and Chinese word-processing
• Occasional travel to PRC is required
• Immediately available is highly preferred
