Job Description


  • Responsible for month-end closing, intercompany reconciliation, and fixed assets recording and reporting
  • Timely conduct monthly financial reports and analysis for management review
  • Prepare accounting schedules, reconciliation and follow up outstanding matters
  • Prepare monthly provisions or accruals, including turnover rent
  • Provide support for annual audit, tax computation and prepare reporting package for external auditors
  • Provide secretarial and administrative supports to the department
  • Perform any other ad-hoc assignments


  • Degree holder or above in Accountancy or equivalent
  • 3 years relevant experience in accounting, preferably in Retail industry
  • Matured, well organized, able to meet tight deadline with high accuracy
  • Sound business knowledge and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, independent and a good team player
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with computerized accounting system
  • Hands-on experience in SAP is an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Less experience will be considered as Senior Account Clerk
