Job Description

Accounts and Administrative Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in full set account, book-keeping and all daily accounting duties;
  • Responsible for all AP, AR, GL and inter-company transactions;
  • Prepare month end closing, such as bank reconciliation, balance sheet accounts schedules;
  • Perform daily accounting duties, including preparing cheques, daily accounting entries, debit /credit note, receipt and payment transactions;
  • Perform daily operations of Accounting Department;
  • Perform budgeting and cost-center control;
  • Provide administrative support for companies and teams;
  • Willing to work outdoor;
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements :

  • Degree holder in Accounting and processed Accountancy qualifications;
  • Minimum 3 years solid accounting working experience;
  • More than 2 years of administrative experience;
  • Work independently, stable personality, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility;
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Words, Excel and Chinese word-processing;
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
