Job Description

Finance Department is responsible for managing financial activity, includes performing dailyaccounting operations, preparing annual budgets, management reports, audit reports, projections and financial analysis of the Welfare Council. With the government's additional resources in recent years and the expansion of the Council, we are now inviting passionate, people-oriented persons, who are committed in providing quality professional services to join us.

Job Description:

  • Perform daily accounting operations, including prepare cheques, data entry and voucher preparation
  • Prepare monthly income and expenditure statements, accounting schedules and bank reconciliation`
  • Assist other ad-hoc duties when required


  • Post-secondary or above, candidate who attained Diploma/ Certificate in Accounting or related subjects or equivalent qualifications are welcomed
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
  • Attained LCCI middle level or above
  • Good PC skills including MS Excel and Word
