Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for general accounting duties and invoice preparation.
  • Assist in fixed assets management.
  • Arrange bank payment, check issuance, petty cash and data entries.
  • Handle inventory update and stock-take.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting or related discipline.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in accounting especially in engineering field.
  • Responsible, detail-minded as well as a good team player.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Immediate availability is an absolute advantage.
  • Candidates with more experience would be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk.
