Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of books and accounting function
  • Support daily operation, verify and process account receivable / payable transactions and other financial transaction
  • To keep books of records and to follow up on trade receivables & payables
  • Handle shipping and administrative works
  • Actively participate in ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Accounting/Finance or related discipline
  • 1 year or above of work experience in accounting preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Proficient computer knowledge in MS Office, Excel & Chinese word processing
  • Well organized, Self-motivated, initiative and able to work independently
  • Diligent and willing to work overtime
