Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the senior in performing daily accounting function such as invoice validation, data input, monthly settlement and bank reconciliation and calculation of sales commission;
  • Assist in compiling the monthly financial analysis reports and intercompany balance reconciliation;
  • Provide the financials and costing data for completing annual audit;
  • Provide support for ad-hoc assignments

Qualification and experience:

  • Diploma or above qualification;
  • Minimum 3 years experience;
  • Handle full set of accounting books;
  • Hardworking, willing to learn, patient, detail-minded and able to work under pressure and meet deadline;
  • Good command of English and Mandarin;
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Experience in Flex system will be an advantage;
  • Immediate availability is preferred;
