Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily accounting operations including invoicing/payments processing & data input
  • Assist in preparing management / financial reporting and business analysis
  • Assist in cash management which includes monitoring daily cash position and cash flow forecast
  • Assist in inventory management and forecast
  • To handle other daily departmental operation issues

Requirements

  •  Form 5 or Diploma, LCC Level 2 or above
  • 1-2 years’ working experience in accounting and administration
  • Holder of recognized accounting qualification would be an advantage
  • High level of integrity and willing to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Attentive to details, high level of patience
  • Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft Excel
