Our client is a well established company that specializes in human resources business processing outsourcing, HR technology and recruitment services. They have various branches across Asia and they are opening a new office in Hong Kong. To cope with such expansion. They are going to hire an Admin & HR Officer to join their team.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for setting up the Hong Kong office, day-to-day office operations and administration tasks
- In-house payroll and HR matters for the staff
- Assistant in payroll calculation and execution for clients
- Ensure proper and accurate payroll calculations, tax and pension filing
- Input data into system and maintenance of staff information
- Responsible for ad-hoc services as required by the business
Job Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any other related disciplines
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in Office Administration/Human Resources
- Strong in MS excel formula setting skill
- Excellent knowledge in Employment Ordinances, tax regulation and MPF Schemes Ordinance
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Proficiency in PC operations, including Chinese Word Processing; MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Independent and able to meet tight deadlines
