Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle enquiries from customers and internal colleagues, as well as contact customers to arrange maintenance appointments on daily basis;
  • Develop a solid and trusting relationship between customers and internal staff;
  • Assist in internal compliance procedures to ensure they are properly communicated;
  • Prepare monthly report for management review;
  • Handle daily administration documents including data input, document verification and filing;
  • Provide general clerical support for daily operations of Contract Management team;
  • Support ad hoc assignments arranged by managers.

Requirements: 

  • Post-secondary / DSE or above education;
  • 1-2 years' previous work experience in customer service, or relevant experience is preferable;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Attention to details, responsible and able to work under pressure;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
