Client Details

Our client specialising in company secretary firm and they are looking for a proactive admin assistant to join their big team!

Description

  • Handle full spectrum of office administrative duties and routine functions;
  • Assist in company event planning and coordination, such as staff recreational and cultural activities;
  • Assist in guest relations and meeting arrangement;
  • Responsible for office supplies and equipment procurement, office maintenance;
  • Assist in handling office renovation and relocation work;
  • Responsible for efficient and effective running of the office operation;
  • Perform other assignments and projects as requested.

Profile

  • At least 2 years practical experiences in office administration, preferably in small sized firm;
  • Diploma or above;
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge such as MS Word, Chinese Word Processing, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • A good team player;
  • Outgoing, self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work under pressure;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a must.

Job Offer

Our client offers the following to the right candidate:
