Job Description

Responsibilities:

You will take up this junior support role to the Admin & HR Team on...

  • Comprehensive day-to-day administrative duties ensuring smooth operation of the corporate office
  • Administer routine invoices submission, expenses claims and payment liaison for office teams with US Accounting department
  • Monitor communication channels and respond to inquiries with efficiency
  • Assist in drafting business correspondences and preparing reports for management's review
  • Provide support on recruitment, learning & development and talent statistical tracking
  • Handle general HR functions such as but not limited to payroll, MPF administration, insurance, EC claim filing etc.
  • Support on the formulation and implementation of Admin & HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain and update the internal systems, database and record clippings etc.
  • Backup the reception area on occasions
  • Execute ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Responsible, integral, team player with a can-do attitude
  • Organized, attentive to details and multi-tasking
  • Familiar with MPFS and EC Ordinance
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
