- handle full admin and HR functions of an office with about 10 staff including office administration, renovation follow up, payroll processing, leave records maintenance, and etc
- Degree / Diploma with 2-5 years relevant experience
- good communication skills and able to work independently
- pleasant personality and attentive to details
- good English and Chinese
