Job Description

A technology start-up that provides a co-working and meeting spaces for companies is looking for an Admin/Senior Admin Manager to look after their floor management.

The successful candidate would needs to have experience in working at a co-working space company environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support including procurement and maintenance of office equipment, stationary and supplies, etc.
  • Greet visitors, Co-ordinate internal and external meetings
  • Support office daily & regular clerical/administration duties
  • Ensure smooth office operation and order office supplies as needed
  • Manage daily schedule/appointment

Main Requirements:

  • University graduate with a degree holder or equivalent
  • Administrator: 1-2 years experience
  • Senior Administrator Manager: 4-6 years experience
  • Worked at a co-working space company experience
  • Client Servicing experience
  • Customer focused, presentable
  • Native Cantonese speaker with strong English communication skills and fluent in Mandarin
