Administration & Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:
- Maintain the office administration work on a day-to-day basis and manager both HK & China office
- Oversee all accounting and financial duties for HK & China operations included budgeting, internal control, financial analysis, sales reports and business reports and ensure the smooth running of the daily operations
- Manage on IT and office systems
- Evaluate and make recommendation on internal control and operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with local legal and tax requirements
- Manage and control the Shanghai office
- Communicate with US head office regularly on accounting related issues
- Prepare contracts and price negotiation with customers with local sales and US head office
- Travelling back to China is required
Requirements:
- Degree or professional qualification in accounting
- Over 8 years of relevant experience gained from import & export trading office with at least 3 years in managerial level
- Experience in Bank Acceptance Drafts
- Able to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Commercially aware
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
