The Community Relations (CR) Team is under External Affairs Department. CR’s key functions are to strategize and implement engagement plans with key community stakeholders with a view to building a comprehensive and sustainable community infrastructure which in turn facilitates smooth implementation of the Club’s initiatives and projects at the district level. CR also formulates strategies and devise action plans to help manage district affairs and ad hoc issues of the Club and the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust (The Charities Trust); and delivers volunteer services across different sectors of the community, either independently or in collaboration with other community organizations.

Founded in 1884, The Hong Kong Jockey Club is a world-class racing club that acts continuously for the betterment of our society. The Club has a unique integrated business model, comprising racing and racecourse entertainment, a membership club, responsible sports wagering and lottery, and charities and community contribution.
