- Provide daily HR administrative support to the team
- Maintain and update employee database and filing systems
- Support with Compensation &Benefits functions
- Any other ad hoc tasks
- Diploma / Degree in Business Management, HR Management or related discipline.
- At least 3 years’ solid HR & Administration working experience in sizable construction company is highly preferred
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and & other related legislation
- Self-motivated, energetic, presentable, pleasant and able to work under pressure
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese Mandarin prefers
- Good knowledge in MS office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Immediate available is highly preferred
