• Provide general clerical and administrative support
• Perform reception duties including handling phone calls,mails and welcoming clients.
• Support events organizing team on customer marketing events from planning,RSVP,communication & liaison with vendors
• Deal with a wide range of suppliers and contractors for general office admin & events organizing
• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
• Pleasant personality,initiative and a good team player,able to execute responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Chinese word processing,PowerPoint and Excel
