Requirements:

  • Provide accounting and administrative support to management;
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties to ensure effective communication;
  • Follow up a variety of assigned job tasks in a comprehensive and reliable manner;
  • Co-ordinate and handle ad hoc duties as assigned by senior management.


Qualifications:

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

  • Form 5 graduate or HKDSE, or above;
  • At least 2-3years relevant experience;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office, including English and Chinese typing;
  • Efficient, responsible and high attention to details;
  • Immediate availability preferred;
