- Provide secretarial support to Division Head
- Provide administrative support to the Division
- Responsible for organizing, scheduling and preparing materials for meetings and reports
- Assist in handling any ad-hoc projects and assignment
- Higher Diploma or above in business related disciplines
- Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience in secretarial or administrative roles in sizable companies
- Excellent interpersonal, coordination and organization skills
- Familiar with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Cheerful, strong sense of responsibility, team player and well organized
- Able to adapt to fast-paced and ad-hoc working environment
(Candidates with more experience may be considered for the post of Senior Administration Officer)
