Job Description


  • Perform general daily office administration and facilities management duties for various business units in different locations
  • Review, improve and manage Staff Uniform Inventory System including distribution, laundry services and its maintenance,
  • Assist to review and implement the procurement management system
  • Provide administrative service supports in a timely and accurately manner to internal customers
  • Work with departmental administrative personnel and coordinate office activities and operation to secure efficiency and compliance to company administrative and procurement policies
  • Prepare timely reports and prepare proposals as assigned
  • Drive continuous improvement for the administrative work process and develop standard of relevant administrative procedures, policies and guidelines



  • Qualification in Business administration or relevant field is preferred
  • 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in procurement is an advantage 
  • Self-initiative, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Customer-driven minded and attention to details
  • Willing to learn and take extra duties
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Immediate available is preferred
