Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assistant to General Manager
  • Perform full spectrum of general administration duties
  • Supervise daily operation of law firm
  • Negotiate property rental, renovation, management and related matters
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Coordinate staff functions
  • Manage publications subscriptions
  • Maintain and upgrade the firm's corporate identity
  • Handle ad hoc projects

Job Requirements:

  • University graduates
  • 3+ years administration experience
  • Smart, mature, meticulous and self-motivated
  • Well-organized, detail-minded and be discreet in handling confidential matters
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills
  • Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Able to work under pressure
