Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and documentation support to daily operations of retail stores
  • Handle accounting duties, such as, cheque issuing, general ledge reconciliations, etc.
  • Responsible for invoice processing and stock take
  • Prepare monthly reports and inventory records
  • Handle any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or above, at least 1 year clerical experience
  • Experience in Accounting is an advantage
  • Independent, well-organized, able to work under pressure and good communication skill
  • Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
  • Immediately availability is highly preferred
