Job Duties:

  • Handling inquiries, greeting guests and managing general reception duties
  • Prepare tender / proposals and marketing matters
  • General administration and secretarial duties
  • Ad hoc assignment as required



  • Bachelor Degree Holder
  • Independent, organized, detail oriented & able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
