Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to general office administration duties
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment, inventory supplies
  • Handle documentations such as invoicing and perform data entry 
  • Assist in any ad hoc duties
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, data entry etc

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with relevant working experience will be an advantage
  • With at least 1 years’ relevant working experience;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, good organizational skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office application, including Chinese word processing;
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese 
  • Immediate availability preferred
