Job Description

Blueprint is Swire Properties’ owned and operated premier co-working and event space. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our fun and diverse team in a Administrative Assistant role. Reporting to the Head of Operations - Blueprint, the incumbent will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support as well as front desk reception services. With ample client interaction, the role ensures dynamism, and is seeking a friendly, resourceful and hands-on team player. The ideal candidate should have a positive, can-do attitude.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet members, guests and customers and direct them appropriately and / or respond to their queries
  • Display a high level of customer service representative of Swire and Blueprint
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Prepare financial invoices and payment with record-keeping and follow-up
  • Drafting proforma proposals and agreements
  • Schedule routine maintenance and monitor office supplies and replenishment orders
  • Other general administrative tasks for the team including maintenance of filing systems, client and shared service liaison
  • Co-ordinating with the team

 

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree / HKCEE / DSE holder with 5 passes including English and Chinese
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administration, customer relations and / or hospitality role
  • Proactive and collaborative approach to working in a small team
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese)
  • A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good PC skills on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
