An entry level Office Administrative Assistant role for an expanding financial technology company.

Our client is a financial technology company that provides innovative and transformative financial products and services. To support their rapidly expanding business in Hong Kong office, they are now looking for an Administrative Assistant who can provide assistance for the office administration.

Job Descriptions

Directly reporting to Administration Manager, you will be responsible to ensure the smooth operation of the reception at a medium-scaled office, and assist in corporate administration works.

  • Handle external enquiries through email and phone call, mails and courier packages
  • Provide a range of office administrative assistance, including equipment maintenance, facilities management, office/ pantry procurement etc.
  • Assist in organising corporate/ internal events
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Admin manager

Skills & experiences required

  • Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • 1 years of relevant administrative working experience in MNC or sizeable company
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, include MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Self-motivated, well-organised, detail-oriented and proactive
