Job Description

Your Position

Our Corporate Services Division provides a broad range of company secretarial service to our clients. You will have the opportunity to provide professional service by maintaining our database and to support the team to deliver quality service to clients. Your core areas of responsibility include:

  • Update company records and maintain data accuracy in database
  • Administrative and clerical duties, including filing and data input
  • Handle correspondence, collate information and reports
  • Liaise with various internal departments to follow up on the status of tasks
  • Participate in various projects lead by the team

Your Profile

  • Diploma or above in business administration or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years’ of administration experience
  • Fluent English, good command of both written and spoken Chinese
  • Independent, meticulous, pro-active, attentive to details, self-motivated, outspoken, keen to learn
  • Able to adapt in new challenges and with excellent communication skills and a team player
