Job Description

We are the solely owned sourcing office of a leading Dutch retailer (with over 450 stores in the Netherlands, specializing in household products). To cope with the rapid business growth, we’re looking for a competent Administrative Assistant – with details as follows:

 

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above with relevant experiences (Recent Graduate will be considered)
  • Must be self-motivated, organized, supportive, details oriented and willing to learn
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & conversational Mandarin
  • High degree of work ethics and integrity

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing full spectrum of office administration functions such as reception, office maintenance, office supplies & equipment etc. to ensure overall company efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness;
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to senior executives;
  • Handle daily routine accounting duties including data input, official receipt issuing & filing, and document processing;
  • Handle travel arrangements including flight & hotel booking
  • Provide support in other administrative / ad hoc duties as required
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
