Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their winning team

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative supports such as ordering stationary, name cards and chops
  • Handle document coordination and filing
  • Helping in preparing the expense reports, ordering company search of new clients, arranging and coordinating client events

 

Job Requirements:

  • Form 6 or above
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Immediately available will be preferred
