Job Description

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT)

Responsibilities

  • To provide secretarial and administrative support to the Department
  • To perform HR administration work

Requirements

  • HKDSE or above, with formal secretarial training
  • At least 1-2 years relevant working experience, previously working in Human Resources Department an advantage
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Attentive to details, well organized and able to work under pressure
  • Immediate availability is preferred
