Job Description

Requirements:

 

  • Higher Diploma or above in any discipline;
  • 1 year experience in operations and coordination;
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, with positive working attitude and a good team player;
  • Able to work under pressure and overtime;
  • Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good command of English and Chinese;
  • Mature, self-disciplined and willing to learn;
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

 

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To handle the logistics and operation of course;
  • To liaison with speakers and external parties;
  • To lead a team of course coordinators;
  • To provide administrative support to the course and daily office duties, including marketing matters, operate enrollment system;
  • To handle complaints and assist counter service;
  • To manage the course arrangement and logistic held at outside venues assigned by the supervisor;
  • To be responsible for other ad-hoc projects assigned by the supervisor.
