- Provide administrative support to manager and team
- Handle office administration
- Prepare reports and presentation
- Collect and prepare information for meeting
- Ad hoc tasks
- Form 6 or above
- Preferably 2 years secretarial and administrative experience
- Proficient in MS Office including excel (vlookup and pivot table), word and powerpoint
- Fluent spoken & written in English & Chinese
