Responsibilities

  • To provide administrative support such as ordering stationary, name cards, chops, envelope/letterheads.
  • Raising requests such as new hire set up, voice log / systems access for team members.
  • Helping in preparing expense reports, ordering company search of new clients/prospects
  • Arranging & coordinating client events
  • Coordinating the yearly order for clients/colleagues such as moon cakes, red packets, fit notes
  • Helping in consolidating & chasing report.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Excel, Power Point & MS Word
  • Patience & hardworking
