Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing telephone and email enquiries from parents and vendors
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments
  • Responsible for book keeping and entering into the SAP and ESS system all financial transitions of the Co-Curricular Activities (“CCA”) department including but not limited to:
    • Hourly staff timesheets
    • Advance cash requests for CCA programs
    • Subsistence allowance for staff when travelling overseas
    • Invoice consolidation of vendors
    • Petty cash
  • Responsible for all Chinese translation needs of the department including but not limited to marketing media; emails; department announcements.
  • Responsible for after school CCA supervision of students in supervision area
  • Provide feedback and suggestions on office administration procedures and systems to enhance the efficiency of the department.
  • Any other duty as assigned by the CCA Assistant Manager


Working Hours:

  • Every Monday to Friday: from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline
  • At least 2 years of work experience
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Able to work independently, organized with good interpersonal skills and meet deadlines
  • Expertise in Google docs.
  • Proficient in Chinese and English word processing, and should possess knowledge and skills in graphics design and other office software applications.
