Job Description

Responsibilities:

  •  To act as Human Resources Generalist to provide all-round HR services in the designated portfolios
  • To make offer to suitable candidates, prepare new join documents and liaise with Unit-in-charge on report duty arrangements
  • To handle resignation matters (prepare final payment, reference letter, cancel staff email account and other relevant matters)
  • To handle staff transfer cases (e.g. full time to half time or vice versa, retitlement letters, etc.)
  • To input / update staff profile in HR system (e.g. input new join staff, update employment and personal data, etc.)
  • To prepare reports and correspondences (e.g. exit interview analysis report, visa application letter, employment certification letter, etc.)
  • To handle work injury cases
  • To assist in staff welfare activities and functions
  • To present in Staff Orientation if necessary
  • To perform secretarial role in regular HRD meeting
  • To participate in ad hoc projects (e.g. AGM)
  • To perform ad hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements:

  • Associate Degree or above, preferably in HRM or equivalent
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and HR related regulations
  • At least 1 year relevant experience. Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • High level of personal integrity, confidentiality and discretion
  • Able to communicate effectively and deliver proper message to related parties
  • Detail-oriented
