Job Description

Our client is seeking a self-motivated and bright candidate with strong excel skills and drive to progress within the financial services field to work on a 3 month contract focusing on administrative work for the marketing and client relations team. The role offers great exposure within leading asset management company. Candidates with relevant experience speaking fluent English and Mandarin are preferred.

Client Details

Our client is a prestigious global investment company investing in bonds, real estate and listed equities. They are based in London and the Hong Kong corporate office in Central is looking for an assistant to help out with their Marketing and Client Relations team on admin duties.


  • Maintaining contact database (Salesforce)
  • Reviewing, preparing and managing expense reports
  • Managing incoming invoices
  • Negotiating with company's vendors
  • Answering, screening and managing incoming phone calls and emails from executive level clients
  • Making business travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportations and restaurants
  • Applying business travel Visa and APEC Card for the team
  • Coordinating meetings including sending meeting invites, meeting setup, meeting room bookings and meeting materials preparation
  • Preparing corporate gifts
  • Assisting in holding financial forums and corporate events
  • Performing all related administrative tasks


- Immediate availability

- Excellent command of verbal English and Mandarin

- Admin xperience in international financial services companies are an advantage
