Job Description

Job Duties

  • Perform daily clerical duties including filing, data input and document preparation
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Assist sales manager to complete sales tasks(documents preparation)
  • Other work arranged by the superior
  • Candidate with more experience, will consider as Senior Guest Service Officer

 

 

Requirements

  • 1 year relevant experience; fresh graduate will also be considered;
  • Responsible, detail-minded, well organized and positive working attitude;
  • Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Sensitive to numbers, attentive to details with strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, strong business writing skills preferred
  • Immediate available highly preferred

Since its establishment of the first business center at Chinachem Johnston Plaza, Capital International Business Center (run by Fortune Business Service (HK) Ltd ) has been committed to providing one-stop services to Hong Kong SMEs. In 2000, it expanded its market to mainland China by establishing CDB Tower, the first business centre in mainland China.


In 2005, it implemented the strategy of two bands, Capital International Business Centre in Hong Kong and CFG in mainland China.
