Job Description


  • To provide effective administrative support to all office operations
  • Perform general accounting duties including data entry, cheques preparation, online payment, managing the petty cash, assist on bank reconciliation  
  • Assist in human resources duties including recruitment arrangement, maintain HR database;
  • Perform ad-hoc project as assigned by manager/ director



l   Form 7 or DSE above

l   Minimum 2 years accounting and administrative experience

l   Strong Computer literate (MS Excel and system)

l   Strong numeracy skill

l   Good command of both written and spoken English

l   Responsible, detail-oriented, well-organized, independent and efficient.

l   Immediate available is preferred



l   18Days annual leave
