1. Greet and lead visitors / guests to proper personnel;
2. Handle incoming calls on general line and direct to proper personnel;
3. Assist in performing general administrative duties, such as report typing, faxing, filing and other general clerical duties;
4. Administer staff attendance record and upload to HR system.
1.College graduated with relevant working experience；
2.Good communication and interpersonal skill with professional phone manner;
3.Friendly, pleasant, polite and helpful are required;
4.Knowledge of MS office and Chinese Word Processing;
5.Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
