About the company


Our client is a fast-growing Property Development Company with strong presence across APAC. They are looking for an experienced Admin Manager for their HK Office.

Job description

  • Responsible for all general office management and processes by ensuring day -to day operations and procedures are running smoothly and appropriately
  • Handling office maintenance, such as facilities, equipment, office supplies etc
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with Branch Offices on administrative matters
  • Coordinate with internal staff and external parties, including Venders and local government authorities etc
  • Budget management including budget forecast and controlling the budget of the Administration Department
  • Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
  • Prepare and review contracts and tender documents in the procurement of goods
  • Allocate tasks and assignments to subordinates and monitor their performanc
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
  • Reporting to headquarter and liaison with the board executives
  • Maintain and manage internal staff relations
  • Other ad-hoc office support as required.

Requirement

  • University degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience at Admin/ Office managerial level
  • Knowledge in legal and company secretary is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, independent and responsible
  • Organized, detailed, able to handle multi-tasks effectively and prioritize works to meet tight schedules/ deadline
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, include MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
