  • Responsibilities:    

    • Handle office administration duties for the Company such as stationery ordering, office maintenance, courier arrangements, etc;
    • Provide administrative support to Department Head in handling SFC Licensing, CPT records management and staff trading records management;
    • Act as a back up to perform reception duties including handling incoming mails and telephone calls, document filing, conference room booking, etc;
    • Assist Department Head to supervise administration staff, e.g. receptionist, office assistants;
    • Provide general secretarial support to senior management as required;
    • Arrange hotel and flight booking for senior executives
    • Assist in organizing activities;
    • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

      

    Requirements: 

    • Degree or Diploma holder with 5 years relevant working experience in office administration; 
    • Independent, detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills;
    • Good PC skills including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Chinese word-processing;
    • Good command of English and Mandarin;
    • Immediate availability would be an advantage.
