About the company

As an Australian integrated commercial and industrial property group,our client is hiring Administrative Officer to demonstrate office management in a stable team. Candidate with administrative support and secretarial experience is highly preferred.

Job Description

  • Assist the building onsite in charge with the day-to-day administration of the designated building(s)
  • Responsible for all administrative duties in the building management office, including filing, record keeping, answering telephone calls and for follow-up actions
  • Prepare regular reports and ad hoc reports as requested
  • Assist the Project Manager with the administration of project works at the designated building(s) and payment processing
  • Other office administrative duties

  • Minimum 2 years of administration or operation experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in PC application such as Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
