Job Description

AREA-17 is an Architecture & Interior Design firm. We specialize in retail brands, commercial, residential and hospitality projects. We are now seeking high caliber candidates for our Hong Kong studio:


Job Duties:

- Provide full spectrum of administrative support

- Maintain records of office expenditure, petty cash, cash advance etc

- Perform general HR duties including recruitment, payroll, MPF, attendance

- Liaise with clients and follow up with invoicing, translations and drafting contracts

- Other ad hoc duties as directed by the Director          

- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Administrative Officer



- Degree or Diploma holder in business administration or accounting

- At least 3 years working experience

- Independent, organized, initiative and good communication skills

- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua

- Immediately available preferred
