Job Description


Hong Kong Healthy Living Limited (HKHL) is an E-commerce platform that provides unique and well-known international healthcare brands and products.

We aim to build the first professional healthcare e-commerce platform exclusively to meet the growing demand of “Healthy Living” in Hong Kong.


Bachelor’s degree/Tertiary education


  • Perform general receptionist duties, including handle incoming calls, answer inquiries and clients greeting
  • Responsible for clerical and administrative work
  • Provide secretarial support to senior management
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned


  • At least 3 years of working experience in Administrative work / Customer Service / E-commerce is preferable
  • Experienced in healthcare industry is an advantage
  • Presentable, pleasant, polite and initiative manner with good communication skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Experience working in Mainland China with native Chinese speaking skill is an advantage
  • Candidates with less working experience will be considered as Administrative assistant
