Hong Kong Healthy Living Limited (HKHL) is an E-commerce platform that provides unique and well-known international healthcare brands and products.
We aim to build the first professional healthcare e-commerce platform exclusively to meet the growing demand of “Healthy Living” in Hong Kong.
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE
Bachelor’s degree/Tertiary education
- Perform general receptionist duties, including handle incoming calls, answer
inquiries and clients greeting
- Responsible for clerical and administrative work
- Provide secretarial support to senior management
- Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned
SKILLS & ABILITY
- At least 3 years of working experience in Administrative work / Customer Service / E-commerce is preferable
- Experienced in healthcare industry is an advantage
- Presentable, pleasant, polite and initiative manner with good communication skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Experience working in Mainland China with native Chinese speaking skill is an advantage
- Candidates with less working experience will be considered as Administrative assistant
