Job Description


  • Provide all-round support to office administration and secretarial work
  • Prepare documents and files, and maintain accurate filing records
  • Provide basic accounting support
  • Handle enquires, correspondence, and visit arrangement
  • Assist in project assignment


  • High Diploma / Associate Degree or above
  • Administration/ secretarial/ accounting/ office experience for 2-3 years is a plus
  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and flexible in accepting assignments
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Administrative Assistant
