Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
  • General administrative duties including but not limited to data entry, document filing and scanning
  • Provide front desk services to customer including cashier duty and daily operation
  • Handle on site support for training and events
  • Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in any discipline, preferably in business administration
  • Minimum 1 year working experience, with customer service experience is an advantage
  • Good coordination, interpersonal and communication skills, independent and well organised
  • High proficiency in written English & Chinese and Microsoft Office
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • A good team player
  • Willing to work occasionally for evening duties
  • Immediate available is preferred
