This position performs a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the Company such as office supplies procurement, prepare regular reports. Also, provides professional customer services including reception service support and internal user enquires. Ability to work independently, effective communication and interpersonal skills are important.
-To manage the procurement activities for various office supplies and equipment items, liaise and understand needs of users in relation to procurement service.
-To support the negotiations with service providers on pricing, terms and conditions.
-To monitor and evaluate the service providers’ performance and product quality which can meet the agreed standard service level.
-To assist in procedure update which is compliance to company policy and diagnose the service potential risks and formulate the precautionary measures.
-To monitor and control office expenses.
-To perform administration duties such as report compilation, payment settlement and equipment maintenance coordination, etc.
-To serve as relief receptionist to perform receptionist duties as required.
-To assist in receiving, logging and follow through service requests from internal users.
-To assist in monitoring tea ladies performance.
-To support and participate in ad hoc assignments.
Experience & Qualification:
-Bachelor degree holder.
-At least 3 years’ relevant experience.
-Experience in life insurance field will be an advantage.
-Mature, stable and independent.
-A good team player with pleasant personalities.
-Customer focus, organized and detail-oriented.
-Good telephone manner & communication skills.
-Excellent with time management and complete the tasks in timely and accurate manner.
-Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese & Mandarin.
-Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
